Reservation and Payment Policy:

Your payment is completed when you have a confirmation number and your credit card has been charged. At the time of booking, you authorize us in writing to use your credit card number to make your payment, and expressly confirm that you are aware of and accept these Terms and Conditions and Hotel del Carmen's privacy policy.

Warranty Policy

A credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.

Check-in time: 3:00 p.m. Departure Time: 12:00 p.m.

Credit Cards Accepted: MasterCard and Visa.

Cancellation Policy:

Any reservation change is subject to availability and rate re-quoting. For further information, you should contact a reservations executive at hotelexconvento@outlook.com, mentioning your reservation number. All reservations firmly confirmed by Hotel del Carmen provide a reservation control number which you must carry with you at all times.

No Arrival Policy:

In case of no-show, the first night's stay will be charged without refund.

Extra Person Policy:

Any extra person will be charged, we do not accept more than 2 persons per room.

Children's Policy:

Up to one child under 12 years old stays free of charge in the same room as the parents.

Pet Policy:

Pets are not allowed.

Overbooking Policy:

In the event that the Hotel is unable to provide the accommodation service contracted by the consumer with a reservation coming from an agency such as Expedia or Booking, the Hotel will, at its own expense, find adequate alternatives to supply the contracted service, which are at least equal or better than the benefits originally contracted.
